Every custom gown at Thyme & Gala begins with a dream. To protect this creative process, we require a non-refundable design fee. Isn't your unique vision worth that initial commitment?
Final fittings must be scheduled at least 14 days prior to your event date. We aren't responsible for fit issues if body measurements change significantly post-final fitting without notification.

Late Fees
Late returns for luxury rentals incur a daily charge of £50. Don't let a late return spoil the gala afterglow!
Insurance
Minor wear is expected. However, significant damage or loss of the garment will result in a charge of 100% of the RRP.

Styling Appointments
Initial consultations at our Sandwell studio are booked for 60 minutes. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the booking fee. Why wait? Your perfect fit is just a consultation away.
All clients must provide a valid ID upon arrival for security purposes of our high-value collections.
Shipping & Handling
We offer tracked courier services throughout the UK. Once the dress leaves our studio, the user assumes responsibility for receiving the package. We're committed to excellence, but we're not responsible for weather-related courier delays.
